Founder and Director Jake Rutherford is a fully qualified licensed builder with over 10 years of experience, who lives and breathes the world of construction. With carpentry as his entry into the building trade, Jake’s passion for building and property has been a driving force throughout his life.

Growing up in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney, he has always been engaged with the local community and has channelled his energy and enthusiasm into every project he undertakes. Jake’s commitment to quality and his genuine love for all things building and property is evident through every aspect of his work.

Throughout his extensive experience in the high-end residential sector, Jake Rutherford has seen first-hand how crucial it is to get things right.
