On-Site Assessment

Property potential assessment, including on-site evaluation and discussion with our experienced builder, identifying potential, answering client’s questions and providing guidance for next steps.

Note: This is an ideal first step for people trying to match up their needs against various property options and those considering a renovation/addition at their current home.

What’s included:

  • Up to 1 hour of inspection and discussion.

  • We can conduct an on-site inspection with or without you, and then discuss in person or remotely via telephone.

  • Canvassing options to maximise your investment.

  • Estimates on construction costs/ timelines and approval requirements.

  • Feedback on existing Building and/or Pest reports.

What’s excluded:

  • Written report

  • Drawings or concept sketches

$550 ex gst - Pricing upon request for any additional time required.

Report

Everything from the Assessment summarised into a detailed report combining layout sketches supporting our discussion, and a step by step action plan tailored to your specific project.

Note: The report will provide you with the fundamentals to take your project to the next level of progression prior to other professional services being engaged

  • Up to 3 hours of work.

  • The Assessment (see above)

  • A written report accompanied by concept sketches based off our discussion

  • Next steps action plan

What’s excluded:

  • Project Consulting or Project Management.

$1400 ex gst - Subject to change depending on property size and scope of project.

Project Consulting

Don’t have the time or know how to handle a construction project, and need help and guidance? We can provide you with Project Consultancy services including representing your interests (client advocacy) through the full process.

Note: This would include ongoing weekly progress updates and delivering a complete understanding of what you’re paying for every time.

What’s included:

  • Consultancy on an hourly rate

  • Full access to over 10 years of building experience and expertise.

  • Client advocacy

  • Sponsored introductions to established and trusted trade contacts in all aspects of building and design.

  • Forecasted timelines and key milestones.

  • Mitigate client and contractor friction.

  • Develop maintenance schedules and recommendations for long term up keep.

  • Feedback on quotes, invoices and/or specific reports.

  • Building work.

  • Project Management
