Property potential assessment, including on-site evaluation and discussion with our experienced builder, identifying potential, answering client’s questions and providing guidance for next steps.
Note: This is an ideal first step for people trying to match up their needs against various property options and those considering a renovation/addition at their current home.
What’s included:
Up to 1 hour of inspection and discussion.
We can conduct an on-site inspection with or without you, and then discuss in person or remotely via telephone.
Canvassing options to maximise your investment.
Estimates on construction costs/ timelines and approval requirements.
Feedback on existing Building and/or Pest reports.
What’s excluded:
Written report
Drawings or concept sketches
$500 ex gst - Pricing upon request for any additional time required.

This is a pre-construction or pre-purchase assessment designed to give clients a clear understanding of the true potential, risks and costs of a renovation before committing to the project.
Prepared by a licensed builder with extensive renovation and structural construction experience, the report provides practical insights that go beyond design ideas or generic advice. It utilises real construction insight to help you understand what is realistically achievable.
What’s included:
Up to 4 hours of work.
The Assessment (see above)
A written report based off our discussion
Detailed construction cost estimates
Next steps action plan
If you decide to utilise Blueshore Projects as your builder, this will be credited to your build cost.
What’s excluded:
Project Consulting or Project Management.
$1400 ex gst - Subject to change depending on property size and scope of project.
Project Consulting
Don’t have the time or know how to handle a construction project, and need help and guidance? We can provide you with Project Consultancy services including representing your interests (client advocacy) through the full process.
Note: This would include ongoing weekly progress updates and delivering a complete understanding of what you’re paying for every time.

Consultancy on an hourly rate
Full access to over 10 years of building experience and expertise.
Client advocacy
Sponsored introductions to established and trusted trade contacts in all aspects of building and design.
Forecasted timelines and key milestones.
Mitigate client and contractor friction.
Develop maintenance schedules and recommendations for long term up keep.
Feedback on quotes, invoices and/or specific reports.
